Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of astheta.com and the brands, digital services, and SaaS products operated by Astheta (“Astheta,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using any of our sites or products, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Who We Are

Astheta is a multi-industry company operating direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands (including in fitness and hand tools), a digital services studio offering web and app design and development and ebook publishing, and SaaS products such as our AI-powered resume maker.

Using Our Sites

You agree to use our sites and products only for lawful purposes, and not in a way that infringes anyone else's rights or restricts anyone else's use of them. We may suspend or restrict access to our sites or products if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Ecommerce Orders

When you place an order with one of our ecommerce brands, you're agreeing to purchase the product at the price and terms shown at checkout. We aim to describe products accurately, but we don't guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are always error-free, and we reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders, or refuse orders at our discretion.

Shipping times, return windows, and warranty terms vary by brand and product and are provided at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Digital Services Engagements

Design and development engagements (such as web, app, or ebook publishing projects) are governed primarily by the scope, timeline, and payment terms agreed with you separately for that engagement. These Terms apply in addition, to the extent they don't conflict with that agreement.

SaaS Products and Accounts

Some of our products, like our AI resume maker, may require an account or involve content you provide (such as resume information). You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of content you submit. You retain ownership of the content you provide; you grant us the rights needed to operate the product and generate output for you.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our sites or products to violate any law or third-party right
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's data
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our sites or products
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from our sites without permission

Intellectual Property

Our sites, brands, logos, and product content are owned by Astheta or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property except as needed to use our products as intended.

Disclaimers

Our sites and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that our sites or products will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astheta will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our sites or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any of our products at any time if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above.
